Coffee Campana

, 2011

Musée D'Orsay - Paris, France

The coffee Campana, located at the exit of the Impressionist Gallery, is a place that sparks the imagination. Designed by the brothers Campana, Brazilian designers, who wanted to create a dreamlike aquatic atmosphere inspired by Emile Gallé and his drawings of marine animals. The result is a strange profusion of orange metal structures, golden chandeliers, metal walls and pebble-shaped chairs.

The interior design of the café is based on the large clock that decorates the external wall and offers an impressive view of the right bank of the Seine, from the Louvre to the Tuileries.
